Inventory is still low in the Las Vegas Housing Market



In the last period ending August 2016, only 7594 single family homes are available for sale; this number is down 5.8% from August 2015.  The median price across the valley in August was $250,000.  The entry level price in Summerlin was $218,000 and $168,000 in Green Valley.
Currently there are only 536 single family homes available for sale in Summerlin and 132 in Green Valley.  It is still a Seller’s market so if you are considering selling your home and interested in what it’s worth, go to:
